Brewing
Each product page includes a simple brewing guide. For everyday brewing, use 3g tea per 300ml water at the recommended temperature.
Bitterness usually comes from water that is too hot or steeping too long. Try reducing brewing time.
Returns & Refunds
Due to food safety reasons, opened tea cannot be returned.
